Insurance Networks
We are happy to file claims directly with insurance companies on behalf of our Center families. Out-of-pocket expenses are billed monthly and payable via the Pay Now link on the main menu.
In Network
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Medicaid/Katie Becket. We file claims directly with these insurers on your behalf and payment is made directly to us. You are responsible for deductibles, copayments and coinsurance. However, if you have a secondary insurance, like Katie Beckett for example, the secondary insurance company may cover these out of pocket costs.
Out-of-Network:
We are happy to file claims for insurers with whom we are out of network, like Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, and others. You will need to acknowledge your understanding that you are receiving services from an out-of-network provider. You are responsible for deductibles, copayments and coinsurance. However, if you have a secondary insurance, like Katie Beckett for example, the secondary insurance company may cover these out of pocket costs.
We are out of network with Medicaid CMOs, including Peach State and Care Source so we cannot serve clients with this coverage.
