Stephanie Michle, CEO

With more than 28 years of experience in management consulting for some of the world’s largest firms, Stephanie has spent much of her career developing the digital transformation solutions that run the US Medicaid programs.

She has spent her career helping public health systems operate better. But first and foremost, she’s a mom to two incredible children with autism. Stephanie searched the country for a therapy center and school that would help her child excel – moving coast to coast and working with the best doctors from around the world – to no avail. It was then she decided that if she couldn’t find it, she’d create it, and brought together some of Georgia’s most experienced therapists and teachers to form The Tomorrow Center. “Our mission is simple: it’s all about the children.” Stephanie is a single mom of 15-year-old twins, lives in Flowery Branch, and is committed to creating a loving, supportive, and fun environment where children come to thrive. She has a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management and a Certificate of Strategy Execution from Harvard University.

Michelle Plymel, President and Clinical Director

Michelle has more than 18 years of experience in ABA, designing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment for children with autism.

She has a significant understanding of the behavioral and educational strategies needed to optimize age-appropriate progress. Michelle spent more than five years at the Marcus Autism Center where she developed and implemented educational, language, and social development strategies for children with autism. She focused on early intervention, severe behavior, and feeding therapy. She left Marcus to help start and serve as a lead teacher at The Piedmont School of Atlanta, where she developed individualized education strategies in autism classrooms. Her expertise in naturalistic teaching and use of behavior modification strategies, like self-help, transition, adaptive living, and social skills, is foundational to the mission of The Tomorrow Center. She is exceptionally experienced in whole class instruction and curriculum planning. Michelle has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Services and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, with an emphasis on Special Education. She also has a post-Master’s in Positive Behavior Support of Applied Behavior Analysis. She lives in Gainesville and enjoys spending time with her husband and stepchildren.

Tatiana (Tati) Morales, Behavioral Communication Specialist

Tati has more than 13 years of experience as an RBT with pediatric clients. As a licensed, certified teacher, Tati graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Education and specializes in behavior regulation and bathroom training.

She is trained in speller boards and uses keyboard optimization strategies. She is also Safety Care trained. Tati is married with two sons who are very active in sports. In fact, she credits one of her sons’ early speech delay and learning challenges for her interest in pursuing an ABA therapy career. Originally from Puerto Rico, Tati is fluent in Spanish and English.

Brandon Munoz, Behavioral Fitness Coach

Brandon has more than three years of experience as a certified RBT specializing in physical behavior modification strategies.

He spent 10 years in progressive leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America. Brandon designs and leads our group physical fitness program and has an affinity for outdoor activities and adventures. He is a Lawrenceville native and committed in his faith. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jennifer Crisp, Director of Occupational Therapy

As a Licensed Occupational Therapist for more than 25 years, Jenn has extensive experience assessing and developing OT programming across age groups.

Jenn has provided OT services for Hall, Union, and Towns County School Systems, in both in-patient and out-patient clinical settings, home health for pediatrics and adults, and for long-term care and rehabilitation programs. She has a great deal of supervisory experience, which is important for her collaboration with our current staff to ensure OT strategies are incorporated into your child’s daily routine. Jenn lives in Clermont with her daughter and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing pickleball, working out, and reading.

Sherrie Weeks, Office Manager

Sherrie is a highly skilled Office Manager with more than 25 years of experience delivering top-tier customer service and administrative support. She’s proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and platforms like QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Restoration Manager.

Known for her exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Sherrie excels in project coordination, vendor management, scheduling, and handling multi-line phone systems. She manages confidential information with discretion, oversees travel arrangements and expense reporting, and keeps office operations running smoothly. As a Notary Public in the State of Georgia, Sherrie brings professionalism, reliability, and warmth to our front office. In her spare time, Sherrie enjoys cooking, photography, music, cruises, and spending time with friends and family.

Jamie Weaver, Montessori Teacher, Senior RBT

Jamie is a certified RBT with more than three years of experience as a Lead Montessori School Teacher. She is experienced with implementing Montessori curricula focused on five key areas of development, including: cognitive, physical, communication, social and emotional, and adaptive.

Leah Ojog, BCBA Trainee, Senior RBT

Leah is a certified RBT with four years of experience working with center and home-based pediatric clients. With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Masters in Behavior Analysis, Leah has a deep understanding of incorporating occupational and physical therapy strategies into ABA treatment plans.

She is currently completing her BCBA certification and will serve as an RBT and BCBA Trainee. Leah spent three years in California learning the latest ABA strategies before moving to Georgia. She is both CPR and First Aid Certified and is fluent in English and Romanian.

Mackenzie Crisp, Senior RBT

Mackenzie has more than five years of experience in the field of autism support and spent the past three years supporting children in clinical, school and childcare environments, including as a paraprofessional in a middle school classroom in Hall County.

Mackenzie specializes in compassionate strategies for children with more pronounced behaviors. She lives in Gainesville with her family and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Amy Mein, Senior RBT

Amy has more than five years of experience as an RBT. She worked extensively as a paraprofessional in a K-2 autism classroom, using applied behavioral strategies to support academic achievement and positive social interaction among students with a variety of needs, including developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.

Amy implemented BCBA-developed individualized intervention plans (BIPs), which often included addressing severe behaviors, including food aversions, self-injurious behaviors, PICA, and physical aggression, utilizing reinforcement techniques and functional communication training. Amy lives in Winder with her children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

As a Speech Communications graduate of Georgia State, Amber has an in-depth understanding of communication strategies for children with speech challenges. She incorporates these strategies into her RBT programming to help clients improve articulation and acquire new speech.

Her journey into behavioral therapy is deeply personal and purpose-driven, shaped by years of volunteer work with the Autism Society along with her mother and aunt. Her caregiving experience at Free Chapel Worship Center further deepened her skills in child development, communication, and emotional regulation. Ginger enjoys volunteering at The Place, outdoor activities, babysitting, and spending time with her new baby.
