Position Summary

The Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (LBA/BCBA) is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and supervision of applied behavior analysis services for pediatric clients. The BCBA provides clinical leadership by designing individualized behavior support plans, supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with interdisciplinary providers, and supporting families through education and training. This role prioritizes ethical practice, meaningful outcomes, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Must hold a current License in GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill based evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with client needs and family goals
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff in accordance with BACB standards
  • Review data regularly to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Provide caregiver training and support using evidence based and family centered approaches
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and other providers to support integrated care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical guidelines, payer requirements, and organizational policies
  • Support a positive, respectful, and neurodiversity affirming clinical culture

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Eligibility to practice as a BCBA in the state of Georgia
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and child centered care
  • Experience providing ABA services in a pediatric or clinic based setting
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Must be able to handle a caseload of 5 – 12 children

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with positive behavior support and play based or naturalistic treatment models like NET
  • Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary clinical team

Part-Time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the Role

The Part‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) will join our collaborative pediatric therapy team. The SLP will provide play‑based, evidence‑informed speech and language therapy services to children and adolescents (approximately ages 3-19) in a supportive, sensory‑friendly outpatient clinic.

At The Tomorrow Center, the SLP plays a deeply relational role in helping autistic children and teens communicate in ways that feel authentic and empowering. We are looking for an SLP who can blend evidence-based practice with creativity, compassion, and respect for each learner’s unique communication style. This role is rooted in partnership—with families, with our multidisciplinary team, and most importantly, with each child. The SLP role qualifies for potential shareholder status.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct strengths-based speech, language, communication, and feeding evaluations, re‑evaluations, and treatment sessions
  • Develop individualized, functional communication plans that honor each child’s sensory, emotional, and developmental profile
  • Provide play-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy across spoken language, AAC, gestural communication, and social interaction
  • Lead AAC assessment, device trials, and ongoing coaching for children, families, and staff
  • Support S2C, typing, and other alternative strategies to increase language for non-speakers
  • Collaborate closely with ABA, OT, educators, and creative arts staff to ensure communication supports are consistent across school, therapy, and home
  • Document progress with clarity, warmth, and family-friendly language
  • Partner with parents and caregivers through coaching, modeling, and accessible communication strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and the co-creation of a compassion-centered, inclusive culture
  • Comply with all ethical, professional, and HIPAA standards

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Georgia SLP licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility for CFY with strong pediatric experience)
  • Experience supporting autistic children and teens, including AAC users
  • Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practice
  • Pediatric outpatient experience and passion for working with children and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative spirit, creativity, and a heart for building a community where every child is seen, supported, and celebrated

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with play‑based and neurodiversity‑affirming approaches
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems like Fusion

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move throughout therapy sessions

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

About the Role

The Part Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides high quality occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The COTA will work primarily with pediatric clients in an outpatient clinic setting, implementing individualized treatment plans that support functional skills, sensory regulation, independence in daily activities, and meaningful participation at home, school, and in the community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment sessions as directed by the supervising OTR/L.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans addressing fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, self care, play skills, and functional participation.
  • Use play based, child centered, and evidence informed therapeutic interventions.
  • Accurately document treatment sessions, progress toward goals, and client responses in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with supervising therapists regarding client progress, concerns, and recommendations.
  • Educate and support parents/caregivers with home programs and carryover strategies when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT, SLP, ABA, and related providers) to promote coordinated, holistic care.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
  • Adhere to all professional, ethical, and organizational standards, including HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current Georgia Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing.
  • Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Pediatric outpatient experience.

Preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or sensory processing differences.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems, like Fusion.
  • BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and move throughout therapy sessions.
  • Ability to lift, assist, or transfer pediatric clients as needed (with or without reasonable accommodation).
  • Ability to engage in floor based and play based therapy activities.
