Early Intervention Program
$400/month (ages 2 to 5, depending on functional level)
Accelerated Program
$800/month (ages 6 to 21)
* Note that children ages 5 to 6 will need to be assessed to determine if Early Intervention is needed.

Once we receive this form, we will email you to get your availability for a tour. Typically, we will schedule your tour within one to two business days of receipt.
